Laurel Tower Sanctus Umeda is a 148-metre residential tower of 257 apartments in Oyodonanami 2-chome, Kita-ku, Osaka, with 31,926 m² of floor space. It was designed by Takenaka Corporation and built from 2004 to February 2007 on the former site of ABC Park, north of the old ABC Center. The name combines the Kintetsu Real Estate brand Laurel Tower with Orix Real Estate's Sanctus brand, marking the two co-sellers.

Construction of the tower began in 2004 and was completed in February 2007. It stands on the former site of ABC Park, north of the ABC Center, the old headquarters of Asahi Broadcasting Corporation. After the tower was finished, the broadcaster moved to Fukushima 1-chome in 2008 and the ABC Center was demolished. The building was designed by Takenaka Corporation.

The tower's name combines two developer brands: Laurel Tower is Kintetsu Real Estate's brand and Sanctus is Orix Real Estate's, showing the two firms sold the units jointly. It stands on the former site of ABC Park, north of the old Asahi Broadcasting Corporation headquarters, which was demolished after the broadcaster moved to Fukushima in 2008.

This is a private residential tower, not open to visitors, so there is no entrance to tour. The nearest stations are JR Fukushima (about 8 minutes on foot), JR Shin-Fukushima (about 11 minutes) and Hanshin Fukushima (about 10 minutes); Osaka City Bus stops at Oyodonanichome, right by the building.
