Al-Serkal

Al-Serkal is an Ottoman-style mosque in Phnom Penh featuring two tall minarets that flank a central dome. The walls are decorated with rose and turquoise tiles from Algeria, and intricate mosaics with a large chandelier adorn the interior beneath the dome.

The mosque was built with funding from an Emirati businessman and opened in 2015. Its creation marked a new milestone for the Muslim community in Cambodia.
