Seoul Lite, Unfinished skyscraper in Digital Media City, Seoul, South Korea

Seoul Lite is a 133-floor skyscraper skeleton in Digital Media City, a development zone in western Seoul. The concrete structure stands incomplete, showing the basic frame of what was planned to be a major office and commercial complex.

Construction began in 2009 with the goal of creating one of the world's tallest buildings. Work halted in 2012 when economic difficulties and the struggling property market forced the project to suspend operations.

The building reflects Seoul's desire to establish itself as a leading technology hub on the world stage. Today, the unfinished tower serves as a visible reminder of the city's ambitions during a period of rapid economic expansion.

The site is visible from Digital Media City, located away from Seoul's central tourist areas. Visitors should know that the interior is not accessible and the structure can only be viewed from outside.

The unused building has defined the skyline for two decades since its suspension, remaining a visible symbol of unrealized projects in the rapidly growing city. Photographers and architecture enthusiasts occasionally visit the site to capture the raw, industrial look of the abandoned concrete frame.
