Children's Grand Park, Busan

This designated municipal monument spans several hectares and features multiple recreational zones including playgrounds, walking trails, gardens, lakes with streams, an observation tower, and an amusement park with various rides for children.

Established decades ago as one of Busan's first major family recreational facilities, the park predates Seoul's similar facility by two years and has served as a community gathering place for generations of local families.

Locally known as Holy Land Valley Suwon, this park functions as a cultural hub hosting seasonal festivals, school trips, and community events that celebrate regional traditions and promote childhood development within Korean society.

Open daily from 4:00 AM to 11:59 PM with free general admission, the park offers parking facilities, accessible transportation via Seomyeon Station and multiple bus routes including numbers 54, 63, 81, and 133.

The park houses both a zoo with regional animal species and the Children's Hall educational facility, while maintaining its official status as a monument of Busan Metropolitan City recognizing its cultural significance.
