Suseong SK Leader's View, Commercial skyscraper in Daegu, South Korea
Suseong SK Leader's View is a seven-building residential complex in Dusan-dong, Suseong District, Daegu, South Korea. Its towers range from 36 to 57 floors; towers 103 and 105 reach 225 m and are the tallest buildings in Daegu. Floors 7 to 57 hold apartments, with a park and walkway on the 6th-floor level, and a Homeplus supermarket in the basement of the commercial wing.
Planning for the complex began in 2005, when units were priced above 10 million won per pyeong. Sales opened in 2006, ground was broken in 2007, and the towers were topped out in 2009 before completion in September 2010, with residents moving in that October. On completion, the 225 m towers became the tallest buildings in Daegu, surpassing Suseong Doosan We've the Zenith.
The complex is a residential address in Dusan-dong, Suseong District, not a visitor attraction. Its name pairs the district with the SK construction brand and the English word "View". Residents use community facilities such as a gym, golf practice area, reading room and clubhouse, and a Homeplus mart occupies the shopping arcade's basement level.
The complex stands in Dusan-dong, Suseong-gu, near Hwanggeum Station on Daegu Metro Line 3. Residents park on levels 2 to 5, while a Homeplus supermarket occupies the basement level of the commercial wing. A 22 m-high landscaped walkway and park sit on the sixth floor, and each building has a refuge floor at level 29.
The complex has seven towers of different heights, from 36 to 57 floors, and the two 225 m towers of buildings 103 and 105 made it Daegu's tallest building when it was completed in 2010. Each tower has a refuge floor on the 29th level, and the roofs carry helipads.
