Uam Historic Park stretches across 16,000 pyeong at the base of a hill, featuring sixteen traditional buildings with intricate roof tiles among grass areas.
The park commemorates Confucian scholar Song Shi Yeol, who lived from 1607 to 1689 and received a marten fur coat from King Hyojong.
The Namganjeongsa building within the park functioned as an educational center where scholar Song Shi Yeol shared knowledge with his students.
Visitors can explore the artifact museum, exhibition hall, library, and Jangpangak Pavilion while following the well-maintained paths throughout the grounds.
The Songjadaejeonpan section displays original works by Song Shi Yeol, offering direct connection to the intellectual heritage of the Joseon Period.
