Uam Historic Park, Historic park in Dong District, Daejeon, South Korea.

Uam Historic Park is a compound featuring sixteen traditional buildings constructed on hillside grounds with landscaped green spaces throughout. Visitors find an artifact museum, exhibition hall, library, and pavilion connected by well-maintained pathways across the property.

The park opened on 17 April 1998 on a 53,120 m² site in Gayang-dong, after reconstruction of earlier buildings began in 1991. It centres on Namganjeongsa, where the late Joseon scholar Song Si-yeol studied and taught pupils; the building is Daejeon City Tangible Cultural Property No. 4. The park also keeps the woodblocks of the Songja Daejeon, his collected works and chronology, registered as Tangible Cultural Property No. 1.

Namganjeongsa, a city-designated Tangible Cultural Property (No. 4), is where Song Si-yeol studied and taught his disciples. The park also keeps the woodblocks of the Songja Daejeon, the collected works and chronology of Song Si-yeol, registered as Tangible Cultural Property No. 1. Each October the Uam Cultural Festival honours him with traditional craft experiences.

The park is at 53 Chungjeong-ro, Gayang-dong, Dong District, and opened on 17 April 1998 on a 53,120 m² site. Namganjeongsa and the Songja Daejeon printing blocks are both city-designated tangible cultural properties, so check opening conditions before planning a visit. The park is also a stop on the Daejeon City Tour bus.

The park holds the woodblocks of the Songja Daejeon, the collected writings and chronological biography of Song Si-yeol, designated Daejeon Tangible Cultural Property No. 1. Namganjeongsa, where he studied and taught pupils, is Tangible Cultural Property No. 4. Each October the Uam Cultural Festival is held here in his honour.
