National Herbal Park, Medicinal plant park in Naypyidaw, Myanmar.
The National Herbal Park spans 200 acres near Taungnyo Road, containing over 20,000 plants from 700 different medicinal species across Myanmar.
The Myanmar government established this conservation space in January 2008 to protect native medicinal flora from extinction and depletion.
The park maintains Myanmar's traditional medicine heritage through its collection of plants used for treating conditions like hypertension and diabetes.
Visitors can access the park throughout the year without paying an entrance fee and learn about plant species through informative signs.
The collection includes 3,065 rare plant specimens from Kachin, Kayah, and Shan States, along with various regional divisions of Myanmar.
