Speed of Sound

Speed of Sound features a 285-meter track with three inversions, including a cobra roll and vertical loop, reaching speeds of 75.6 kilometers per hour.

The attraction opened on April 22, 2000 as La Via Volta, underwent renovations in 2007, and reopened in 2011 with its current name.

The ride incorporates a musical laboratory theme with custom soundtracks playing through an in-train audio system during each journey.

The roller coaster operates with one train containing seven cars that accommodate 28 riders arranged in two rows of two passengers.

The track structure displays orange rails supported by purple beams, while riders experience the music track 'Thrill Ride' by DJ Randy van der Velde.
