Newport City is a large mixed-use development in Pasay that combines residential towers, hotels, office buildings, and shopping areas near Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The complex features a direct pedestrian connection to Airport Terminal 3 via a covered walkway.

The development was created by Megaworld Corporation and opened to residents and visitors in 2009 next to Villamor Golf Course. This project was planned as part of modernization efforts in the area surrounding the international airport.

The Newport Performing Arts Theater hosts theatrical shows and performances year-round, drawing both local audiences and hotel guests to its stage productions. This venue serves as an entertainment hub for the surrounding community and travelers.

The complex is easiest to navigate on foot if arriving from Terminal 3, as a covered walkway provides direct access without exposure to weather. Allow extra time to explore all the zones, since the development sprawls across a wide area.

Newport Mall houses four cinemas that show films 24 hours a day on weekends, making it one of the few places in the region where you can catch a movie at any hour. This offering appeals especially to travelers whose schedules don't follow regular patterns.
