The Estate Makati is a residential tower with 54 floors located on Ayala Avenue and features a distinctive cross-shaped design that reduces direct sunlight while allowing natural light throughout. The building houses 188 apartments and provides 618 parking spaces, some equipped with charging points for electric vehicles.
The project began in 2019 through a partnership between Federal Land and SM Development Corporation, representing the first architectural work by Foster + Partners in the Philippines. The design process incorporated solutions specific to local climate and urban conditions.
The building exemplifies modern Filipino architectural evolution, incorporating global design standards while addressing local environmental conditions through innovative engineering solutions.
The complex is located in Makati, a central business district with good access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. Keep in mind this is a private residential building with restricted public access.
