The San Roque Parish Church displays grand stone columns and balanced proportions, with symmetrical features that define its neoclassical architectural design.
The church construction began in 1867 under Fr. Jose Martin's guidance, using hewn stone materials, and reached completion in 1880 through Fr. Raymundo Cortazar's leadership.
San Roque Parish Church holds annual celebrations dedicated to Saint Roch and Our Lady of Divine Grace, drawing local residents for traditional ceremonies.
The religious building stands in the central area of Lemery municipality, 25 kilometers from Batangas City and 130 kilometers south of Manila.
The 2013 renovation project introduced new altars and paintings while preserving the structural elements of the post-war reconstruction period.
