Liszki, Lesser Poland Voivodeship

Liszki is an administrative village in Kraków County situated approximately 13 kilometers west of the city. It serves as the administrative center for the surrounding district and sits at 246 meters elevation.

The village experienced a tragedy during World War II when German SS troops killed 30 Polish civilians on July 4, 1943. This event left deep marks in the local history and in the memory of the community.
