The Neo-Renaissance building features a grand facade with ornate decorations, stone carvings, and large windows arranged across three floors at Market Square.
The original medieval structure from 1385 served as a meeting place for merchants and patricians until 1802, when it was demolished due to poor condition.
The current Artus Court, built in 1891, functions as a cultural institution hosting concerts, exhibitions, festivals, and other artistic events throughout the year.
Located at 6 Market Square, the building contains multiple halls, including the Great Hall, White Hall, Red Hall, and Small Hall for various gatherings.
The name refers to legendary King Arthur, reflecting medieval guilds' practice of gathering around round tables to maintain equality among members.
