The site originated as Lake Świtezianka in the early 20th century, serving as a municipal swimming area before its transformation into the current aquatic center.

Children under six years old enter free of charge, while other visitors can purchase single tickets or season passes either at the facility or through a mobile application.

The facility incorporates an ice rink during winter months, making it a year-round destination for recreational activities in northern Poland.
