Hasiakowa Skała

Hasiakowa Skała is a mountain summit in Bieszczady National Park that offers sweeping views across the valleys and ridges of the surrounding Bieszczady mountain range. The peak stands at roughly 1200 meters and is accessible via several marked trails that begin from different locations throughout the park.

The summit area has served as a natural boundary marker between different communities since the establishment of Bieszczady National Park in the 20th century.

Local mountaineering groups regularly organize guided expeditions to Hasiakowa Skała, teaching participants about the mountain's geological formations and plant species.

The eastern route provides a more gradual climb and works best for less experienced hikers during warmer months. Comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended since conditions at higher elevations can change quickly.

The summit contains specific rock formations that allow geologists to study the tectonic processes that formed the Carpathian Mountains over millions of years.
