Staw Antoninek

The pond stretches across 7.25 hectares with a perimeter of 1.38 kilometers, forming part of a sequence of four reservoirs between Lake Swarzedz and Lake Malta.

During the 1980s, experts developed methods for water purification of the Cybina River, leading to the reconstruction of several ponds including Staw Antoninek.

The local community association Stowarzyszenie Milosnikow Doliny Cybiny manages the pond, organizing environmental protection initiatives and educational programs throughout the year.

Visitors can access multiple amenities near the pond, including benches, walking paths, and stores for supplies, with sunrise at 07:49 and sunset at 15:40.

The pond underwent extensive rehabilitation in 2003, involving complete vegetation removal and bottom cleaning to improve water quality flowing toward Lake Malta.
