Osiedle Przemysława is a residential neighborhood in Poznań's Nowe Miasto district with approximately 20 apartment blocks spread along Folwarczna and Żelazna streets. Forests and Lake Malta surround the area, creating a green setting amid urban housing.
Construction of this residential area began in 1988 through the Housing Cooperative 'Zrzeszeni' and continued until 1995. A further expansion phase took place in 2001.
The neighborhood takes its name from King Przemysław II of Poland, though the spelling differs from the historical figure. Since its establishment in 1990, residents have used this name to identify their community.
The area is accessible by several bus lines including 152, 157, 166, 425, and 222, with stops at Żelazna and Osiedle Przemysława stations. Check bus schedules before visiting, as routes vary throughout the day.
The neighborhood borders a railway siding that serves the nearby Kompania Piwowarska brewery. To the north sits Olszak pond, which residents can easily access from their homes.
