Wysoka Sucha Czuba Kondracka, Mountain summit in District of Poprad, Slovakia.
Wysoka Sucha Czuba Kondracka is a mountain summit in the High Tatras rising to 1876 meters above sea level. The peak is defined by steep granite formations, particularly along the northern face that rises dramatically from the valley below.
The mountain has been a climbing destination since the 19th century when mountaineering became popular in the Tatras. The established routes developed gradually as local and visiting climbers explored and mapped the region.
The mountain represents an essential part of Tatra mountaineering traditions, drawing experienced climbers from both Slovakia and Poland throughout different seasons.
The summit is reached via the marked trail from the neighboring ridge crossing, requiring about two hours of hiking. Sturdy hiking boots and caution on steep sections are important, especially when conditions are wet or icy.
The peak belongs to the Three Suchy Czub group and marks the easternmost point, with its southern ridge separating multiple tributaries of the Wielki Żleb Kondracki.
