Museum of Armoured Fortifications of Torun Fortress

The museum exhibits Prussian armored constructions, including Battery IV and Half-Armoured buildings from the late 19th century within the Toruń Fortress complex.

The museum, established in 2004, preserves military structures and engineering works from World War II and Cold War periods, representing Polish, German, and Soviet heritage.

Through its exhibits, the museum demonstrates the evolution of military defense systems and architectural innovations that shaped regional military education and training.

Visitors can explore the museum on the first and third Sunday of each month from April to September between 10:00 and 14:00, with final entry at 13:00.

The site contains the oldest military training ground infrastructure in Europe, featuring original fortification elements and military equipment from different periods.
