Palácio dos Duques de Aveiro, Renaissance palace in Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, Portugal.

The palace displays a U-shaped layout with a central facade featuring twin Doric columns, triangular pediments, and a large stone staircase leading to the entrance.

Construction began between 1521 and 1537 under D. Jorge de Lancastre, and the title of Duke of Aveiro was granted to D. João de Lencastre by D. João III in 1547.

The entrance hall, known as Sala dos Tedescos, contains decorated tiles that lead to reception rooms, dining areas, and a ballroom with ornate ceiling designs.

The palace, located at coordinates 38.518488, -9.012825, requires extensive restoration work and currently faces structural deterioration issues affecting visitor access.

In 1759, authorities confiscated the palace along with all possessions of the Távora family, resulting in the loss of many interior decorative elements.
