Ngeremlengui

Ngeremlengui is an administrative state on Babeldaob island in Palau, covering a large area characterized by rolling hills, river systems, and mangrove wetlands along its northeastern edges. The landscape combines forested regions with water features that shape the local terrain.

During the Japanese administration period, the state maintained road connections linking it to neighboring regions, though many of these routes have since deteriorated. This early infrastructure shaped how the area developed.

The state preserves 18 to 40 traditional village sites containing stone features that mark ancient clan cemeteries and religious locations.
