Etpison Museum, Cultural museum in Koror, Palau
The Etpison Museum spans three floors across 279 square meters, featuring exhibits of traditional Palauan artifacts, historical photographs, and cultural displays.
The museum, established in 1999, stands on land donated by former President Ngiratkel Etpison and was constructed by his children Shallum and Mandy Etpison.
The museum exhibits include traditional Palauan textiles, tools, carvings, and different types of currency that represent the island nation's heritage.
The three-story museum welcomes visitors Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and includes a gift shop selling local crafts.
The building's exterior displays carved balconies, traditional statues, and a spider god symbol that connects to Palauan birth customs.
