Al Fardan Residences

The Al Fardan Residences rises 253.3 meters into the sky with its aluminum and concrete structure containing 64 floors above ground and 2 basement levels.

The construction of this residential tower began in 2006 and reached completion in 2009, requiring three to four days to complete each floor during the building process.

The building reflects Qatar's rapid urban development through its postmodern architecture design, which integrates into the modern skyline of West Bay.

Ten elevators serve the residents of Al Fardan Residences, with each floor measuring 4.1 meters in height to provide comfortable living spaces.

The structural system utilized 94 SKE 50 automatic climbers during construction, making it the second tallest completed building in Doha at the time.
