The Marghiloman mansion in Hagiești is a three-story building with a basement, ground floor containing seven rooms, and upper floor featuring ten chambers with two side terraces. The structure displays solid walls and spacious interior layouts typical of properties from its construction period.

Construction took place between 1869 and 1874 using walls from a noble residential complex dating to the late 1600s. This reuse of older foundations shows how new structures were built upon existing historical sites.

Italian builders crafted this residence, reflecting how prosperous families in the region combined local building traditions with European design ideas. The structure shows the taste of wealthy homeowners who shaped their estates according to nineteenth-century noble standards.

The mansion is located on Church Street in Hagiești village within Sinești commune. It currently requires maintenance work to keep the building's structure sound and protected from further damage.

Between 1950 and 1996 the property served as a storage facility for the local farming cooperative. Today it participates in European preservation efforts aimed at protecting such historic structures.
