Ivanteyevka is a town in Moscow Oblast that stretches along the Ucha River northeast of the Russian capital. The built environment consists of Soviet-era apartment blocks, smaller industrial sites, and a few public buildings around the central administrative district.
The village of Vanteyevo was founded in 1564 as property of the Trinity Monastery of Sergiev Posad and grew into a textile factory settlement during the 19th century. The place received official town status in 1938.
