Central Air Force Museum, Military aviation museum in Monino, Russia
The Central Air Force Museum features 194 aircraft and 118 engines across 20 hectares of outdoor space and three hangar halls.
The Ministry of Defense of the Soviet Union established this museum in 1958 at a former air division maintenance facility in Monino.
The museum collection includes military uniforms, technical documentation, photographs, and artistic works depicting Russian aviation development through different periods.
Museum operates Wednesday through Sunday from April to September, with guided tours available in multiple languages for visitors from over 80 countries.
The facility maintains the largest collection of Soviet and Russian military aircraft, including experimental models that never entered mass production.
