Zabaykalskiy Krayevoy Dramaticheskiy Teatr, Regional drama theater in Chita, Russia
The theater building features a glass facade and modern stage equipment, including a rotating platform installed during the 2019-2022 renovation period.
Founded in 1939 with only 15 artists, the theater moved to Chita from Samara, where it previously operated as the Theater of Working Youth.
The theater presents classical works such as Chekhov's The Seagull and Gogol's The Inspector General alongside contemporary Russian productions.
Located at 26 Profsoyuznaya Street in Chita, the theater maintains an active schedule with regular performances and offers ticket purchases through its box office.
In 2022, the theater received its current name in honor of Nikolai Alekseevich Berezin, recognizing his contributions to theatrical arts development.
