The park was established in 2002 on the territory surrounding Lake Askalan, which local residents now refer to as Sipaylovskoe Lake.
Throughout the year, the park holds numerous exhibitions, entertainment shows, and community gatherings that bring together local residents and visitors.
Visitors can rent various equipment including boats, sailboats, bicycles, and roller skates to participate in outdoor recreational activities around the lake.
The park includes a dedicated Health Path that encircles the entire lake, offering visitors a complete circuit for exercise and nature observation.
