The Saint Nicholas Church features wooden construction covered with planks, crowned by a tent-shaped bell tower and two consecrated altars.
Built in 1826 by Volga Cossacks according to the Bernardazzi brothers' architectural design, this church remained operational throughout the Soviet period.
Memorial plaques inside the church list names of Cossacks who fought in the Russian-Turkish War of 1877-1878 and Russian-Japanese War of 1904-1905.
The church opens daily from 7:00 to 19:00, with Divine Liturgy at 9:00 and evening services at 17:00, accessible by minibus routes 2, 11, and 104.
The construction of this wooden church followed traditional methods without using nails, demonstrating ancient Russian carpentry techniques.
