Экспериментарий, Interactive science museum in Irkutsk, Russia
The Experimentary contains over 300 interactive devices and exhibits created by Irkutsk scientists to demonstrate physical phenomena and scientific principles.
Founded in 2008 by biologist Konstantin Kravchenko at the Irkutsk Scientific Center, the museum became the first interactive science center in Russia.
The museum organizes scientific shows, workshops, and planetarium sessions, contributing to the educational development of Irkutsk's youth and adults.
Located at 289 Lermontova Street, the museum opens daily from 11:00 to 19:00 and offers special rates for students and group visits.
Visitors can independently operate exhibits, including a device generating smoke rings and demonstrating plasma behavior through interactive installations.
