Rambergsvallen

Constructed in 1935, Rambergsvallen served as the primary football venue for local teams until its closure in 2013, marking 78 years of sporting events.

The stadium became central to Gothenburg's football tradition, hosting numerous matches that strengthened bonds between local supporters and their teams.

Located in the Hisingen district, the stadium included dedicated sections for standing spectators and provided essential facilities for both players and visitors.

The architects chose concrete materials for construction, including the floodlight masts, to protect against corrosion from salty sea winds in the coastal location.
