Farfars bil

Farfars Bil is a family ride with vintage motor cars on a rail track through simulated city streets, coastlines, and countryside. The journey moves slowly past changing scenes that create a relaxed touring experience.

This ride was built and opened by the German manufacturer Metallbau Emmeln in 1975. It has remained a standard feature of the park ever since.

The name means Grandfather's Car in Swedish, reflecting how families pass down simple pleasures through generations. Riders of all ages share this gentle experience together at the park.

Children must be 110 centimeters tall to ride alone, while younger children need an adult with them. It's helpful to visit during quieter times if you want to avoid long waiting periods.

After the ride, passengers receive a personalized license certificate with their photo as a keepsake. This fun souvenir captures a memory of the journey in the vintage cars.
