Malá Fatra National Park, National park in northern Žilinský kraj, Slovakia.

The park encompasses 226 square kilometers of mountain ranges with mixed beech forests, alpine meadows, narrow gorges, and numerous limestone formations.

The area gained protected status in 1967 as a landscape reserve before receiving national park designation in 1988 to preserve its natural resources.

The village of Terchová within the park boundaries maintains Slovak folk traditions and houses a museum dedicated to national figure Juraj Jánošík.

Visitors can access the park through three main entry points: Terchová, Vrátna, and Štefanová, each connecting to extensive hiking trail networks.
