Lingxing Temple

Lingxing Temple is a Taoist temple in Kaohsiung's Gushan District featuring traditional Chinese architecture with detailed stonework throughout. The entrance gate displays carved dragon pillars and decorative stone elements that demonstrate the craftsmanship of local artisans working in the traditional style.

The Lingxing Gate construction began under Wang Yi-shun's leadership but was completed by local craftsmen after his death. The project's continuation by the community shows how such religious buildings became symbols of collective dedication over time.
