Parus Business Centre

The Parus Business Centre is a modern skyscraper in central Kyiv reaching 156 meters high with 34 floors designed in contemporary glass and steel architecture. The building contains office spaces, retail areas on lower levels, and parking facilities serving its users.

Construction of the building started in 2004 and was completed in 2007, at which point it became Ukraine's tallest structure. This milestone reflected the country's rapid urban development during that period.

The name Parus comes from Ukrainian and means sail, reflecting the building's distinctive shape that stands out prominently in Kyiv's urban landscape. As you walk past it, you immediately notice this characteristic silhouette that inspired the structure's identity.

The building is easily located in the city center with multiple access points for visitors and workers to enter. Underground parking and surrounding infrastructure make it convenient to reach the site on foot or by vehicle.

The structure displays an uncommon sail-like shape that sets it apart from typical rectangular high-rise designs seen elsewhere in the city. This architectural choice made it immediately recognizable and changed how people perceive Kyiv's skyline.
