Vynohradne

Vynohradne is a residential settlement on the northern side of Mariupol that extends toward the Sea of Azov. The terrain is flat and low-lying, featuring houses, small shops, and access routes connecting it to the city center.

The settlement underwent administrative restructuring in 2015, moving from separate district jurisdiction under Novoazovsk Raion to the Mariupol City Council. This change integrated it into the broader city administration.

The settlement reflects the region's linguistic diversity, where Ukrainian and Russian coexist in everyday life. This language blend appears in street signs and local conversations among residents.

Regular bus services link the settlement to central Mariupol, providing convenient access to employment and urban services. The flat terrain makes the area easy to navigate on foot.

The area contains a memorial site with a mass grave of Soviet soldiers, honoring significant military events that took place here. This monument is a visible part of the local landscape.
