Zaporizhzhia regional museum

The Zaporizhzhia Regional Museum is a collection of over 110,000 objects spread across 22 halls displaying nature, archaeology, and regional history. The exhibits range from Bronze Age findings to medieval artifacts and include significant Cossack-era pieces such as weapons, ship cannons, and historical documents.

The museum was founded in 1921 and preserves items documenting the Cossack period from the 18th century. This early establishment made it a key keeper of the region's past.

The museum displays how people settled and lived across different time periods in this region. The exhibits show crafts, trade, and everyday life through objects that reveal how communities developed here.
