The Zaporizhzhia Regional Museum houses over 110,000 artifacts across 22 halls, featuring collections of nature, archaeology, and regional history exhibitions.
Founded in 1921, the museum preserves significant items from the Cossack period, including kleinods, weapons, ship cannons, and documents from the 18th century.
The museum exhibits demonstrate the settlement patterns and development of the Zaporizhzhia region through archaeological findings from the Bronze Age to medieval times.
Visitors can participate in thematic tours for 130 UAH or sightseeing tours for 200 UAH, with special accommodations for people with hearing impairments.
The archaeological collection contains Bronze Age artifacts, Scythian relics, and items from the Chernyakhov culture, making it one of Ukraine's largest regional collections.
