Diadans is a modern residential complex in Kyiv consisting of two 31-story towers with contemporary design and large interior spaces. The development features underground parking, 24-hour concierge service, and an automated Building Management System for temperature and security control.
Construction of Diadans began in November 2018 and the first section was completed in October 2022. The project emerged as a contemporary residential development during a period of urban growth in Kyiv.
The residential towers incorporate European architectural standards while providing dedicated spaces for community gatherings, family activities, and social interactions.
The location offers good pedestrian access and is near public transportation stations, making the surrounding area easy to explore on foot. Visitors can reach nearby neighborhoods and local amenities with ease.
The project earned BREEAM certification as the first residential development in Ukraine to meet these environmental and energy efficiency standards. This recognition reflects a commitment to sustainable building practices in the region.
