Pension Towers, Office complex in Nakasero Hill, Kampala, Uganda
Pension Towers consists of three interconnected structures with a central 32-story tower flanked by two 10-story buildings on Lumumba Avenue.
The National Social Security Fund initiated the construction in 2008 to address the shortage of commercial rental space in Kampala.
The skyscraper represents modern architectural advancement in East Africa through collaboration between Ugandan and international engineering firms.
The building provides 75,000 square meters of office space and includes parking facilities for more than 500 vehicles in central Kampala.
China Railway Construction Engineering Group took over the project in 2018 after ROKO Construction completed only the basement levels.
