Barclay Tower is a residential skyscraper in Tribeca containing 56 floors and 396 individual apartments for various household sizes. The building features a three-story colonnade entrance with barrel-vaulted ceilings that forms an impressive arrival point.

The tower was built in 2007, replacing several older five-story commercial buildings that once occupied the site at 10 Barclay Street. This construction marked a shift from commercial use to residential development in the neighborhood.

The building displays Art Deco design with French limestone walls and Aquamarina marble used throughout the interior spaces. These materials and finishes create an impression of refined style that residents pass through daily.
