Coamo

Coamo is a municipality in south-central Puerto Rico that extends across 11 distinct barrios. It borders Santa Isabel, Orocovis, Barranquitas, and other nearby municipalities, forming an important part of the region's administrative structure.

It was founded in 1579 and ranks as Puerto Rico's third-oldest settlement. This long history has deeply shaped the community's development and heritage.
