Fifth Street Towers, Modern office skyscraper complex in Downtown Minneapolis, US
Fifth Street Towers is a modern office complex in downtown Minneapolis made up of two connected buildings of different heights. Together they offer around 1.1 million square feet of workspace where many companies have their offices.
The towers were completed in 1987 and 1988 during Minneapolis' late 1980s building boom. They were built to meet the growing demand for modern office space in the downtown area.
The towers house more than 80 different businesses, creating a professional environment that shapes the corporate landscape of downtown Minneapolis.
The complex has multiple entrances at street level and connects directly to Minneapolis' skyway system for easy access in all weather. Underground parking is available and heated during winter months.
The complex includes conference facilities and a fitness center inside, creating a self-contained environment where people can work and exercise without leaving. These amenities reflect how office buildings of this era were designed to meet multiple needs in one place.
