Khoja Gaukushan Ensemble, Islamic architectural complex in central Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
The Khoja Gaukushan Ensemble combines a mosque, madrasah, and minaret, featuring geometric patterns and detailed tilework across its trapezoidal structure.
Built in 1570 during Abdullah Khan II's reign, the ensemble replaced a former bull trading and slaughter area, leading to its name Gaukushan.
The minaret and mosque maintain regular prayer schedules, while the madrasah section continues its role as an educational institution for religious studies.
Located near other major monuments of Bukhara, the ensemble opens daily for visitors, with separate areas designated for prayers and tourism activities.
The complex features a minaret equal in width to the Kalyan Minaret but shorter in height, making it the second largest in Bukhara.
