IFC One Saigon is a 42-story office tower reaching approximately 195 meters in height along the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City. The structure houses office spaces, residential units, and retail areas connected by 12 elevators throughout the building.
Construction began in 2007 with an initial completion target of 2012, but the 2008 financial crisis caused more than a decade of delays. The project experienced extended interruptions due to economic challenges.
The exterior features triangular patterns inspired by dragon scales, bringing traditional Vietnamese symbolism into modern architectural design. This visual approach connects local cultural elements with contemporary building aesthetics.
