Vardegga

Vardegga rises to an elevation of 590 meters, forming part of the mountainous landscape that characterizes the Bergen region along Norway's western coast.

The Vikinghytten cabin, located on Vardegga, opens every Sunday throughout the year except July, serving as a gathering point for local outdoor enthusiasts.

Multiple hiking trails lead to Vardegga's summit from different starting points in Bergen, with routes connecting to neighboring peaks Ulriken and Fløyen.

The annual Vardeggen Opp mountain race covers 6 kilometers with 475 meters of elevation gain, testing participants' endurance through the challenging terrain.
