The Kalinin Park spans 90 hectares between Tramway Street and October Avenue, featuring forest paths and natural vegetation throughout its territory.
The park, established in 1961 and named after Soviet statesman Mikhail Kalinin, received his monument in 1973 at the center of the tram line loop.
During the 1980s, the park contained numerous carousels and entertainment facilities, serving as a central recreational space for local residents.
The park territory connects to public transportation through a tram line terminal, making it accessible from different parts of Ufa.
In 2016, proposals emerged to transform the space into an Arts Park with dedicated areas for creative activities and sports facilities.
