Ростокинский проезд, Protected street in Bogorodskoye District, Russia.
Ростокинский проезд is a protected street in Moscow's eastern Bogorodskoye District. It connects the Rostokinsky overpass to where Bogorodskoe Highway meets Bogatyrsky Bridge Street.
The street was named in 1928 after the former village of Rostokino, which lay in this direction. A section of it was previously called Alekseevsky Prospekt.
The Federal Children's Environmental Biology Center and Moscow State Linguistic University building contribute to the educational landscape of Rostokinsky Proyezd.
The street is easy to reach via Belokamennaya station on the Moscow Central Circle. You can walk the full route between the main intersections without difficulty.
The route passes through Losiny Ostrov National Park, a large wooded area within the city. This park creates an unexpected natural break in the urban landscape.
