Sunland 41

Sunland 41 is a modern residential complex with twin towers in Linkou District, New Taipei. The structures rise 41 floors above ground with three basement levels, housing thousands of residents across the two towers.

The complex was completed in 2020 and marked an important milestone in New Taipei's urban development. The project contributed to reshaping Linkou with modern tall structures and changing the district's physical landscape.

The design brings together Japanese and Taiwanese architectural influences through collaboration between local and international firms. The paired towers have become a visual landmark that shapes how people perceive the district's modern character.

The complex is located at an easily accessible site with good transport connections in Linkou District. The two towers are highly visible and serve as clear reference points for orientation in the area.

The twin tower design standing at approximately 161 meters tall makes this complex one of the defining landmarks of Linkou. The paired structure is visually distinctive compared to most other modern residential buildings in the region.
