Xinzhuang Culture and Arts Center

Xinzhuang Culture and Arts Center is a four-story building with multiple spaces for performances, concerts, and exhibitions, along with a memorial hall dedicated to Huang Guili. The infrastructure includes different venues and gallery areas used for various artistic events.

The facility was originally founded as Taipei County Cultural Center and was later restructured to meet the growing cultural needs of New Taipei City. This transformation allowed the center to significantly expand its capacity to support a more diverse artistic program.

The center regularly displays works related to traditional Taiwanese puppet theater, complemented by rotating seasonal shows and visiting international performances. Visitors can experience local artistic traditions alongside contemporary works from different countries.

The center offers various spaces available for rent for private events and follows standardized procedures for management and operations. Visitors should check ahead about available programs and room configurations to plan the best visit experience.

Since 2014, the center runs a program called 'Art Appreciation in New Taipei City - Fall in Love with Theater' designed specifically to help visitors explore different forms of theater. This initiative has helped more people discover and appreciate performing arts in the region.
