HongWell i-Tower

HongWell i-Tower is a 39-story skyscraper in Xinzhuang reaching 180.6 meters high with three basement levels below. The structure combines retail spaces, office areas, and dining facilities across its different levels.

The construction marks an important step in New Taipei's upward expansion, responding to growing population and urban density demands. The project began around 2021 as part of efforts to provide modern office and retail space in the region.

The building combines retail spaces with a department store in its lower section, while upper levels house offices and dining options. This mix of functions creates an active meeting point for workers, shoppers, and visitors throughout the day.

The tower sits on Siyuan Road and offers extensive parking along with connections to multiple transportation networks in the district. Visitors should note that accessibility may depend on ongoing construction activities.

The exterior splits into four distinct block shapes with groove patterns on the walls and modular glass panels throughout. This design feature makes the tower visually striking from different viewpoints and easily recognizable.
